Boss Sinarmas Land Buys BSDE Shares Rp29.17 Billion
Director of Sinarmas Land and Director of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. (BSDE), Hermawan Wijaya, purchased BSDE shares in early 2022.
In his report to the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Hermawan Wijaya purchased 28,752,300 (28.75 million) BSDE shares at an average price of Rp1,014.67 per share. Thus, the transaction value is around Rp. 29.17 billion. "The transaction date will be January 6-13, 2022," he explained, Tuesday (18/1/2022). After the transaction, Hermawan owns 6.83 billion shares of BSDE, up from the previous 6.8 billion shares. The status of share ownership is direct, BSDE's shares fell 1.52 percent or 15 points to Rp970. Throughout 2022, BSDE shares correction 3.96 percent. Its market capitalization is IDR 20.54 trillion with a PER valuation of 16.55 times. Meanwhile, BSDE is optimistic that the steady performance in 2021 will continue in 2022. The Sinar Mas Group property business entity has secured a land bank of 3,752 hectares to work on. Director of Bumi Serpong Damai Hermawan Wijaya said the landbank owned by the company will be used to support future growth. Meanwhile, the 3,752 hectares of landbank comes from BSD City with an area of 2,128 hectares, Grand Wisata Bekasi with an area of 444 hectares, and Benowo Surabaya with 435 hectares. While the rest are scattered in other areas such as in Greater Jakarta, Surabaya, Makassar, Palembang, Balikpapan, and Samarinda.
